You have the right to change your mind and cancel your online purchase within fourteen (14) days of the delivery of the goods. 


This is not applicable for hygiene related items. In accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive SI No 484 of 2013, the right to cancel an online purchase does not apply to: "contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection and hygiene reasons, and were unsealed after delivery".

We will not accept returns for Cloth Sanitary Pads, Reusable Make Up Pads, Cloth Body Wipes and Cloth Wash Mitts.

Please note that the postage fee for returns is to be paid by the consumer.

Refunds will be processed once we have received the item. We will refund your for the total price of the item as well as the delivery fee you paid when placing your order. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Claim policy

Every care has been taken to make sure our products are of high quality. However, it is possible that an item can be defective. This is why we provide a two (2) month guarantee.

If you have received the wrong product or if the product you received is defective or damaged, you have two months to notify us. Send us an email at

To stay aligned with our vision of a zero waste and sustainable hygiene, we will repair the item if possible. If not, we will proceed with an exchange.

For example, if a snap button on Cloth Sanitary Pads is faulty or breaks, you can send us back your pad and we will change the button.

Depending on the value of the item(s) you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
